Discuss what everyone wants to know, why my website, which is not making a profit, continues to release games

First, sharing yellow games, I was in 2016 when I worked as a driver on Huluxia for two months, then because of work reasons I stopped sharing.

In 2018, I started forwarding games to everyone on Baidu Tieba.

Until some reasons, I tried to continue sharing on other platforms, Qunqun, Fanshu, these software and some website platforms.

But they are all official software, and they do not allow the sharing of games, so I started to think, since I can't post on others' platforms,

Why don't I make my own platform? So from 2019 I had a rough idea, built a forum on Baidu Tieba to make a small forum for posting notifications.

I also built a WeChat official account, got some advertising click fees from the official account, got some funds to ask if anyone would build a website.

(The funds were used for the basic operating expenses of the website, actually I didn't know how much it would cost... I thought it would cost several thousand yuan a month...)

That's how the current ACG Harbor small station exists.

I haven't forgotten why I initially shared games, and also the question of why I don't charge for games, nor do I charge for cracked games.

Also, why I don't make the website paid.

Because I know that these games, except for the authors who initially charged when they uploaded them, once someone buys and shares them, they are free.

If they are free, why charge? This is the original intention of ACG Harbor, to let everyone enjoy for free, to let everyone be happy, and to let everyone be healthy!

At the same time, I also know a truth, it's better to share happiness with others. One person's happiness is limited, but if everyone is happy, then my happiness is infinite.

Legally, mutual dissemination between friends does not constitute a criminal act.

So from the beginning, I shared with everyone in the way of a friend (HXD).

I also did some inquiries and surveys

MEGA cloud disk can download at 3 MB/s without a membership, and can only download 5 GB of files per day, after which it will be throttled.

And my MEGA plan is the cheapest, only 400 GB of space, I have already used 300 GB, and I am considering upgrading the plan or adding a Google Drive.

The donations from before have already been used for the operation of the website and the payment of the cloud disk membership fees.
