Is there a bug (error creating database) still occurring starting at 11 o'clock?

This week, in order to deal with the CPU overloading (which causes the website to be slow, and makes it difficult to comment, etc.), the database crashed first, and I spent hundreds of dollars to hire someone to fix it.
Later, the CPU overloading still occurred, so I had no choice but to upgrade the server configuration, not sure if it has improved
Then, the MEGA cloud storage space ran out, and the membership price also increased. Does anyone have a cheaper channel?
